During your private session, your instructor will empower you to strive for just a bit more than you thought you could achieve, all while supporting your movement needs and goals. Our private Pilates lessons in our Los Altos studio will allow you to experience a personalized approach to Pilates that will help you develop good form and physique.
Maximize your goals with a fully custom and private Pilates lesson. Start with 30 minutes of reformer to align the body, and then challenge your strength with the traditional mat work. Finish your resistance training program with the auxiliary pieces (springs, chairs, barrels, magic circle).
