How To Begin
Small group training is the best way to learn and the cornerstone of high-quality instruction and personalization.
New Client Introduction
Our goal for new clients is to provide a cohesive introduction to the classical Pilates method while understanding the unique needs of each student. In doing so, we will provide a seamless entry into our Trio format by familiarizing each individual with the Pilates system and suggesting temporary modifications needed for their own body. We require everyone to take 3 private sessions before entering our group environment. Our Introductory private session package is the perfect way to begin.
New client packages
STEP 1 : 3 Private Sessions
(Virtual or In-Studio)
$345
All new clients to the studio must start with 3 private sessions. These 50-minute fully customized sessions will introduce you to the foundational concepts of Pilates and begin to address long-term movement goals. There are many types of Pilates out there, and this will line you up for success in our studio.
*These 3 private sessions must be used within 21 days of your first visit.
step 2 : trio SESSIONS
(our “small group” class)
$222
Once you have taken the introductory private sessions, you will be ready to give our Signature Trio sessions a try.
At EBP, we believe that the communication between the student and instructor is critical to student success, which is why we keep our group classes small. In our Trio Sessions, you will work out with no more than 3 students.
We want each one of our instructors to know you by name, know what your body needs, and provide you with the care and focus a beginner needs. All sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Please do not sign up for Trio sessions if you are new to the studio, managing an injury, or are under the care of a physical therapist.
* New clients MUST take three private sessions before entering the Trio format. Please call, email, or chat with our site bot to schedule.
*New client packages are valid for 21 days. We encourage you to book all sessions upon registration.
