What class level is best for you today?

  • Beginner

    You are new to EBP.

    You have taken UNDER 20 sessions ( PRIVATE OR GROUP ) You have a chronic injury that you are managing, or you are only able to attend the studio sporadically.


    If you have been on a prolonged hiatus from the studio, we advise all clients return to the beginner level or private sessions for at least one month.

  • Intermediate 1

    You have had a minimum of 20 group classes. 

    You are a healthy body with no chronic injuries AND your beginner instructor has advised you that you are strong enough to move forward from the beginner work.

    Intermediate 1 classes involve inversions and overhead work. Please make sure you have learned this material with an instructor in a private session.

  • Intermediate 2

    You have been a consistent student for a minimum of one year.

    You have taken at least 60  private sessions or group classes.

    Intermediate 2 level classes move briskly with high flow. You are proficient with your spring and equipment changes.

    Your instructor has advised the you that you are preprepared to take on the Intermediate 2 level work.
