HOW TO START

Our goal for new students is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the classical Pilates method while supporting the unique needs of every individual.

 

new client private SESSIONS

We require that all new clients begin with 3 private sessions.

These three 50-minute fully customized sessions will introduce you to the foundational concepts of Pilates and begin to address long-term movement goals. This allows our staff to assess your strengths, set attainable goals, and provide potential modifications you might need on your journey in Pilates.

Pilates IS resistance training

Classical Pilates is a systematic and holistic approach to fitness, achieved by a series of controlled movements and the utilization of spring tension for total body strength building. Developed by Joseph H. Pilates, the goal of the method is to ignite a desire for optimal wellness, practice mindfulness, and build efficient movement.
