We require that all new clients begin with 3 private sessions.

These three 50-minute fully customized sessions will introduce you to the foundational concepts of Pilates and begin to address long-term movement goals. This allows our staff to assess your strengths, set attainable goals for your practice, and provide potential modifications you might need on your journey in Pilates. $345

Pilates IS resistance training

Classical Pilates is a systematic and holistic approach to fitness, achieved by a series of controlled movements and the utilization of spring tension for total body strength building.

Developed by Joseph H. Pilates, the goal of the method is to ignite a desire for optimal wellness, practice mindfulness, and build efficient movement.

Empowered Pilates in Los Altos is top notch. I was new to Pilates a couple of months ago - and have received excellent instruction. My strength and balance are much better. I really enjoy each teacher and the other students in the small group classes. Highly recommend this studio.
